The Expedition Saddle Pack is waterproof, lightweight and offers a spacious compartment under the saddle, eliminating the need for a rear rack. It is designed to hold clothes and equipment during long distance travel.
Built with a light laminate specially developed for Apidura, the saddle bag is highly resistant to abrasions and tears. The seams were welded together, creating a waterproof seal that ensures that the content remains always dry, even in case of prolonged rain.
A three-point fastening system with Hypalon reinforced Velcro straps allows the bag to embrace the braid, increasing stability and reducing lateral movements. An additional layer of Hypalon on the body of the bag keeps the frames in good condition.
Thanks to the roll-down compression and closing system, the bag volume can be accurately adapted to the different packing requirements.

Materials
The saddle bag is made with a three-layer laminated fabric specially developed for Apidura. The material is lightweight and highly resistant to tears and abrasions. In particular, it is welded together with the seams, creating a stagna seal that guarantees the complete waterproofness of the saddle bag.
The fixing points of the bag are reinforced with Hypalon, a rubberized nylon used to provide greater protection against friction and abrasion. For straps, Woojin buckles were chosen for their resistance and reliability.
Finally, a light printed section in HDPE thermoplastic is located at the bottom of the saddle bag to strengthen its structure.
Care
Wash the hand bag, if necessary with a diluted neutral soap. Then let it dry in the air.
Do not wash, dry or iron in the washing machine.
