The Expedition Saddle Pack is waterproof, lightweight and offers a spacious compartment under the saddle, eliminating the need for a rear rack. It is designed to hold clothes and equipment during long distance trips.
Constructed from a lightweight laminate developed especially for Apidura, the saddle bag is highly resistant to abrasion and tearing. The seams have been welded together, creating a waterproof seal that ensures the contents always stay dry, even in prolonged rain.
A three-point attachment system with Velcro straps reinforced with Hypalon allows the bag to hug the seatpost, increasing stability and reducing lateral movement. An additional layer of Hypalon on the body of the bag keeps the frames in good condition.
Thanks to the compression and roll-down closure system, the volume of the bag can be precisely adapted to different packing needs.

Materials
The saddle bag is made of a three-layer laminated fabric developed especially for Apidura. The material is lightweight and highly resistant to tearing and abrasion. In particular, it is welded together with the seams, creating a watertight seal that ensures the saddle bag is completely waterproof.
The bag's attachment points are reinforced with Hypalon, a rubberized nylon used to provide extra protection against friction and abrasion. For the straps, Woojin buckles were chosen for their strength and reliability.
Finally, a lightweight moulded section of HDPE thermoplastic is located at the bottom of the saddle bag to reinforce its structure.
Care
Wash the bag by hand, if necessary with diluted mild soap. Afterwards, leave it to air dry.
Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron.
