The wide, rounded shape of the Cosmic SL 65 rim was developed through countless hours in the wind tunnel to produce the lowest possible aerodynamic drag without sacrificing stability in crosswinds. The new, improved spokes make it 80g lighter than its predecessor, the Comete Pro Carbon UST Disc. The new rim bottom shape makes it easier than ever to fit tubeless or tube tyres. The new Infinity hub platform optimises spoke lacing for efficient power transfer through highly controlled spoke tension. The Instant Drive 360 freewheel, combined with the automatic preloading of the bearings (QRM Auto), guarantees quick engagement, high stiffness, and increased durability.
These wheels have been designed specifically for disc brakes, with an optimised number of spokes and lacing-up. They are only offered in the Center Lock version and are compatible with 12 mm through axles that convert to quick release with the included adapters.
