The new Ekar bottom bracket is designed specifically for the tough conditions of all-road and gravel trails.
It features Pro-Tech technology that consists of a patented outer seal that protects the ball bearings from damaging ingress of water, mud and sand and a watertight fiberglass-filled polyamide center tube to prevent contamination from the inside. The new cups mate with oversize stainless steel outer bearings keyed to the two Ultra-Torque semi-pivots firmly attached to the cranks. Thanks to the Pro-Tech sealing system, performance is always optimal, however and wherever you go.
