The “TARGA” classification indicates a complete restyling of our EQUIPE RS S9 model. The redesign process has improved performance and comfort, reducing weight, bulking and drying time of materials, so sweat does not impregnate the fabric and does not affect the weight of shorts. Along the lower part of the abdomen we integrated an Oxydia fabric panel, which being more elastic fits better to the aggressive positions assumed on the bike; thanks to its elasticity, it facilitates breathability during the most intense and loose efforts the pressure in the highest cyclists looking for aerodynamic fit, like a second skin.
FEATURED FABRICS
Type.441 is a slightly compressed and soft fabric like silk, but more tear-resistant than the traditional fabric of our shorts with straps. In addition, it actively cools off protecting against UV rays and neutralizing odors.
CONSTRUCTION
For these shorts with straps, ASSOS used the AEPD racingFit cut with standard length leg. Each fabric panel, each tape and every seam were created to ensure stability, comfort and aerodynamic performance. ASSOS shorts are legendary and this new design is proof.

Carbon Xbib: Carbon fiber straps that create an A-shaped structure with a limited vertical elasticity, remain flat on the shoulders to eliminate the encumbrance under the mesh and present an external curvature specific for women.
Ultralight Leg Grippers: a light silicone treatment, applied to the strips present on the legs, creates a safe hold without restrictions and without folds.
EQUIPE RS s9 Sundeck: A lightened and reduced volume base for the optimization of breathability. The upper layer of odor-resistant microfiber returns to the basaltic grey colour, which pays homage to the lava rock that gives us strength, stability and courage.
Shock-Absorb Damping System Mono 9: 9 mm thick race model, featuring compressed foams and 3D Waffle panels to reduce weight and increase air circulation. The thermoformed structure reduces the folds and irritations.
