The RockShox Vivid R2C is the ultimate steel spring shock for downhill racers and freeriders. With World Cup-proven performance, reliability and versatile adjustability, the Vivid leaves virtually nothing to be desired.
The Vivid's steel spring impresses with unrivalled sensitivity and absolute reliability.
Hydraulic damping with floating pistons in the piggyback reservoir provides even better performance and frame control. Low-speed compression damping can be adjusted via an adjuster.
Dual Flow Adjust rebound technology uses two independent damping circuits to control the rebound rate for large and small dampers. This can be adjusted for both cases via the external extension adjuster.
The Hot Rod temperature compensation needle ensures consistent rebound performance without fading. A RockShox-optimised thermoplastic resin core in the tuning pin expands as the system heats up, compensating for temperature-induced changes in the viscosity of the damping oil.
DropStop puncture protection allows the damper to be tuned to really make the most of its full travel.
