Made of softshell fabric coupled with two layers, Speerhaube is a protective layer designed to be worn over the socks, for additional thermal insulation inside the shoe.
Developed from the iconic fuguSpeer, the Speerhaube straps are another exclusive design ASSOS product, designed to provide a light protective layer to the forefoot and toes. Thanks to the use of a perforated version of our superlight softshell fabric, coupled with two layers, we found the perfect balance between protection without encumbrance and breathability.
FEATURED FABRICS
We have developed specifically for the Speerhaube a perforated version of our SPHERE Ultra fabric: the micro puncture of our softshell fabric with hydrophilic elastic membrane, is used to eliminate excess heat from the foot, ensuring light protection from the wind and street splashes.
CONSTRUCTION
A garment with a minimum encumbrance of only nine grams of weight, the design of the Sock Cover straps is that of a tip, which covers only the ampiede and fingers.
