When it was necessary to introduce an integral cover of the legs and high levels of insulation in our UMA GT collection, ASSOS already knew how to develop a tightness with straps that responded punctually to these requirements. Fit falls into the regularFit category specific for women: slightly compressed where it must be, but not as tight as racingFit. ASSOS has used preformed and sewn fabric panels to wrap and fully support the muscles of the thighs, knees and calves precisely in the strategic points where they bend to each pedal.
FEATURED FABRICS
RX Heavy is the majority of panels. It is a combed indemagliable fabric, an enhanced version of our durable and reliable RX fabric, subjected to eco-friendly water repellent treatment to ensure additional protection from light rainfall. Its lighter counterpart, RX Light, located on the back of the legs, is an indelibly fabric with asymmetric elasticity, developed to provide a slight thermal insulation and increase comfort in areas that are most flanked.
CONSTRUCTION
The regularFit cut for women is optimized to provide complete comfort while riding. A thin magnetic buckle, positioned directly below the chest, allows to fasten and loose the straps.
Y7 Frame Carrier Bib Tech
Wide and flexible straps converge at the top of the back in a Y-shaped design, to obtain a stable and flat structure that disappears between the shelves.
Snakes
Slim magnetic buckle positioned directly under the chest that attaches and releases easily.
Stabilizator V3
Dorsal stabilizer made with a solid mesh structure that gives limited vertical elasticity. Includes UMA GT line graphics and climaCode details.
Reflective Bands
Reflective strips applied on the back of the calves for greater visibility.
UMA S7 EVO
The UMA caseback with revisited elastic interface. Available in the new black color and with 8 mm of proven memory foam, this blend achieves the perfect balance between comfort and performance.
